Having worked in phone companies I've found them all to be as bad as each other when it comes to customer service and price vs phone service. That being said, I've never been let down by the company. They've paid me refunds when they were working on lines to improve the phone and the free coffee I get from Cafe Nero every Tuesday is an added bonus too!
