I’ve been with AXA for 10 years and although I’ve never had to use the insurance (thankfully), every year, they send a renewal quote out that’s usually higher than the previous year, despite a growing number of no claims years and driving experience. However, I always find that if I go into the shop, they can give me a better deal. Not sure why this should ever be the case as surely it’s easier for them if I just renew online, so why not make it cheaper there??

ReportReally poor organisation and management. Huge queues at customs on arrival, made worse by 3 of the 4 staff members on duty closing their booths and leaving while the queue was only getting longer. Same story while trying to check in bags on the way home, again made worse by the luggage carousel breaking down leaving us waiting for an hour for it to be fixed. Airport is undergoing improvements but the biggest issue was lack of staff to be honest.
ReportWe recently travelled on TUI and were told to go to our gate an hour before our departure time so we assumed all was on time. An hour later and we were still sitting at the gate with no one giving any information to us as to what was going on. Finally, around the time we were due to take off, they made an announcement that we were delayed and would be boarding shortly. Very poor communication at the terminal.
ReportNo real issues with connectivity in the UK but when travelling in Europe and America, even after paying for additional travel bolt ins, the 3G/4G capabilities were very poor in comparison to my husband who is on Vodafone and was able to use his phone with no problems. Very expensive for what you get.
ReportSecurity is usually fairly well organised and the terminal has plenty of amenities but not enough seating. Parking is absolutely extortionate!
