Have just recently signed up for BA membership meaning every time I fly with them or partner airlines I get air-miles which I can put towards flights or upgrades. During our last long haul flight a passenger become very unwell the attitude of the staff was fantastic, they worked with the passenger and kept us informed of our detour and delay for this situation. I can not praise the staff on this flight enough.

Been with firmus since we bought our house. We have the top up meter and it’s so easy to top up. Only thing to note is that not all pay points keep the extra cards if you lose yours, you have to buy one take it home register it and then take it back down to add money onto it. Other than that we have no complaints.

Been in this airport twice once visiting Dubai and once travelling through. Airport is amazing, and the duty free makes spending money easy.
