Normally really enjoy flying with BA. However, I was caught up in the fiasco at Heathrow last week. I accept things can go wrong and delays can occur but what I cannot accept is the failure to communicate what is wrong and no members of staff available to ask and answer questions. There was a disappearing act among BA staff which only added to the chaos. If something goes wrong, at least front up and be available for your passengers.

ReportTravelled to and from Athens Airport from Dublin. Really quite impressed with this airport. Wide open spaces, bright and airy with good signposting. Travelling on early morning flight from Athens to Dublin, airport was busy but baggage drop off desks were all occupied and the processing was quick and efficient. Similar with security, where passenger processing was effective and efficient. Good choice of retail outlets for food and beverages which were reasonably priced; other airports should take note. Highly recommend this airport, good customer experience.
ReportFlew with Aegean Airlines from Dublin to Athens. Really quite impressed with the service offering from Aegean, staff were friendly and efficient. Good choice of flight timings including an overnight from Dublin leaving at 11:30 arriving in Athens around 05:30. Early morning return flight to Dublin offered a free brunch which was a pleasant surprise. Hold baggage for two bags on Aegean on this return flight was €100 cheaper than Aer Lingus, so no brainer in choosing Aegean. Strongly recommend to other travellers.
ReportGood to see Belfast International Airport have at long last improved the security lanes and opened more of them up. Hopefully this will speed the passenger throughput considerably without the long historical queues. Work now needs to focus on the shopping experience bringing the airport into the 21st century.
ReportWas an Npower customer for almost 3 years and was forced to switch to a new provider due to persistent incorrect billing, poor customer service and even when leaving them, they tried to bill me for electricity used after I vacated the property. This was shocking and took time and effort to get the situation resolved. They even threatened to have a debt recovery company to recoup monies for electricity I did not use after vacating the property. Suggest people consider the smaller energy companies and steer clear.
