Absolutely awful. Paid for faster broadband that I’m positive is slower. Last 2 weekends in a row all over my subscription channels from 271 to 600 have disappeared and then reappeared on the Monday.... customer service are atrocious and you may as well spin a globe because they could be anywhere.Report
Spent two hours trying to get some sense out of customer service! Wanted to arrange for a replacement part and had to keep going over the same tests on my line etc before I could even speak to someone. Very frustratingReport
Horrendous 24 month contract! Poor connection, equipment breaking down and poor customer service. My connection has been beyond poor from the beginning; engineers were sent out, settings altered etc but they “couldn’t find a fault” Couldn’t wait for the contract to end unfortunately!Report
