Living in an all electric flat in Scotland bills can be quite expensive but SSE are very flexible and understanding regarding payment dates. Always very helpful over the phone and have had 0 issues so far! As our flat is old, the meter is too and so an SSE representative has to come out to read it every few months, meaning our direct debit plan can increase drastically after the winter months to compensate. Bit annoying but always evens itself out in the end!Report
