Ryanair
Haven’t even left yet and already getting pissed off with them trying to add a cost at every corner!
Fly with Ryanair frequently and have never found any real issues with them. The odd delay but I have found that with nearly every airline anyway. Even with their new hand luggage policy I still find their prices to be cheaper than flying with alternative airlines.
Return flight to Portugal first time using Ryanair. No issues at all even arrived back in Belfast 25 mins early!
Travelled with Ryan Air to Glasgow frequently over the past 2 years, every flight has been delayed by at least an hour. Unpleasant staff with little or no apology about the inconvenience.
Consistently terrible service, hidden costs and unpleasant staff. I have genuinely never heard of anyone not having at least one issue with their experience with Ryanair. There are plenty of similar priced airlines available with exceptionally better customer service. Time for a change in management I say!
