Why can I never get decent signal with o2? You'd think with the amount of publicity about 5G I'd be able to at least get a 3G signal! Think its time for a change when my contract is up for renewal!
ReportNever any bother with billing, and very easy to upgrade contracts/handsets on their website and click&collect service. Coverage and 3G/4G signal could definitely be better as it drops easily.
ReportHaving worked in phone companies I've found them all to be as bad as each other when it comes to customer service and price vs phone service. That being said, I've never been let down by the company. They've paid me refunds when they were working on lines to improve the phone and the free coffee I get from Cafe Nero every Tuesday is an added bonus too!
ReportUsually quite happy with the data coverage with o2 however, recently the 4g and sometimes even 3G have been slow and unresponsive. Considering the recent press regarding the release of 5G surely it isn’t a lot to ask to expect at least decent 3G.

Customer telephone services are rarely any help and can cause even more confusion in my experience. My local O2 store & customer services combined caused continuous issues with my mobile contract that took over a month to fix - which should have been sorted within one sitting inside the store but had to constantly go back to the store (5 plus times in the space of 4 weeks) to eradicate issues they had processed and caused themselves.
ReportGood facilities however their 4g coverage compared to other companies is poor. Yeah family plan phone bills are also quite expensive for the services you get
ReportReasonable price, but not very helpful. Difficult to get answers from costumers service
