Having worked in phone companies I've found them all to be as bad as each other when it comes to customer service and price vs phone service. That being said, I've never been let down by the company. They've paid me refunds when they were working on lines to improve the phone and the free coffee I get from Cafe Nero every Tuesday is an added bonus too!Report
Customer telephone services are rarely any help and can cause even more confusion in my experience. My local O2 store & customer services combined caused continuous issues with my mobile contract that took over a month to fix - which should have been sorted within one sitting inside the store but had to constantly go back to the store (5 plus times in the space of 4 weeks) to eradicate issues they had processed and caused themselves.Report
