Was an Npower customer for almost 3 years and was forced to switch to a new provider due to persistent incorrect billing, poor customer service and even when leaving them, they tried to bill me for electricity used after I vacated the property. This was shocking and took time and effort to get the situation resolved. They even threatened to have a debt recovery company to recoup monies for electricity I did not use after vacating the property. Suggest people consider the smaller energy companies and steer clear.
