Good competitive prices however this only matters when you get good coverage. Changed to another provider as I did not get coverage in my kitchen, conservatory, garden or back bedrooms in my house. I live in a built up area so I cant understand why coverage was a problem. If with all these problems and this being the reason I was leaving I still had to pay an exit fee even though I had been paying for bad coverage for months.

Always have competitive prices and coverage even in remote areas. Upgrade team is based locally and are always very helpful. Numerous benefits including Apple Music and BT Sport etc.
