First time in a long time I haven’t been delayed, plus on the return journey I was on a plane with more streamlined seats which meant you had a lot more leg room
In my experience the staff are lovely but flights are nearly always delayed. Still, for the price it's not bad at all. They're very helpful when travelling with young kids.
Just back from my short break to Portugal - have to say I dislike the whole handbag in hand luggage thing hence not the 5stars but both flights ran smoothly and were on time so all in all a pleasant experience
Having always been an easyJet user when travelling around the UK, I decided to try out another budget airline that charge comparatively low prices. The difference was obvious. EasyJet provide good hand luggage allowances, comfortable enough seats and good service. As a budget airline, it's my go to choice for flights.
I find EasyJet to be one of the best budget airlines on the market. I’ve been flying with them for about 7 years quite regularly. Streets ahead of their competitors in terms of customer experience and service. Would always go with EasyJet given the option versus other budget airlines.
Probably used them about 500 times. Pretty awful customer service, fell like you’re in a cattle market and completely inflexible.
Fly with easyJet a few times a year and I am almost guaranteed to be delayed on every flight, also very limited food options.
