Was having problems with connectivity and was experiencing very very poor signal. Spoke with customer service and, after a bit of confusion as to whether our area had fiber available, offered to replace our box and upgrade us. Signal much better.
Recently moved house and the ease of switching broadband was great. Customer service efficient and informative. Ended up with a much better deal than before and with faster and dedicated stay fast fibre included! Very impressed.
Having had problems with internet providers before BT have been a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. They organised my house move with ease and both the call centre staff and the installation guy were pleasant and efficient.
Their new WiFi in every room is a rip off! We shouldn’t have to pay extra for a decent signal!
