As a car insurance multi vehicle customer with Admiral for 8 years+ received my renewal quote of £810 which seemed excessive. Decided to shop around and got a quote from Axa which was £230 less. Asked Admiral for my no claims confirmation they queried what Axa had offered then dropped their renewal quote by £200. I asked why and they mysteriously said there had been recent updates but couldn’t say what they were. Clearly went with Axa but begs the question Why Admiral Why not just play a straight bat with your existing customers?Report
